Welcome to the United States of America

In case you ever wondered what it looks like ... this is the piece of paper they give you when you present yourself to a border agent at US Customs and Border Control as a Legal Alien ... it means we can live and work in the United States ... and we have to hang onto it for a whole year, while we wait for the Green Cards to be issued (it can take MONTHS to get the real thing in your hot little hand) ... I was really hoping to get the real thing in a week or maybe 10 days but I suppose the letter is just as good ... it's just as valid, and it came with a lovely smile, and a big 'Welcome to the United States of America!' so, so far, it's all good!
